Services

A Fireman's Chimney Sweep provides chimney inspection, cleaning, repair, and related fireplace and dryer vent services to residential customers in the Treasure Valley area of Idaho and Oregon. All services are performed by trained, NFI-certified technicians.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments can be scheduled by calling (208) 890-4588. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We understand that emergencies happen and will do our best to accommodate changes.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Pricing for services is provided before work begins. Any additional work discovered during an inspection or service will be discussed with you and approved before proceeding.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and will be discussed at the time of service. If you experience any issues with work we have performed, please contact us immediately.

Limitation of Liability

A Fireman's Chimney Sweep is fully licensed and insured. Our liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the amount paid for those services. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance for your protection.
